1. Product Disclaimer & Liability
All bone art pieces are handcrafted using real, naturally sourced materials. These items are extremely fragile and should be treated with care.

• Display Only: Bone art is intended for decorative purposes only. It should be kept away from moisture, direct sunlight, children, pets, and high-traffic areas.

• No Responsibility for Breakage: Once the item has been shipped and received in good condition, we are not liable for any damage or breakage that occurs during handling, display, or storage.

• Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We may offer a solution on a case-by-case basis.
   

2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the one-of-a-kind and delicate nature of these pieces, all sales are final.
That said, we care deeply about customer satisfaction. If there is an issue, please message us. While refunds or replacements are not guaranteed, we may be able to work something out depending on the situation.

3. Custom Orders
Custom pieces are created through direct collaboration and are non-refundable once production begins. Natural materials may vary slightly in shape, color, or texture—this is part of their uniqueness.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights
