AETHERNATI
adorn the body
sanctify your space
ether navarro

My work is rooted in the belief that what we choose to carry and adorn ourselves with holds power. Adornments are not just decorations, but vessels of spirit, energy, and memory. In a culture that often prizes excess and mass production, I create pieces that honor the earth, reconnect us to the sacred, and remind us of the deeper cycles of life and renewal. Each piece is infused with intention and elemental energy; blessed beneath the full moon. Every one carries its own unique voice, channeled with the purpose of finding the soul it was created for. A custom poem-prayer accompanies it, written and kept solely for the eyes of its wearer.
When I bring natural materials together, they begin to converse, and their energy transforms as a collective. Bone is the foundation of my work, chosen for its strength and its truth to form. Bones are not merely remnants of the body, but powerful conduits of life, spirit, and ancestral connection. They carry the DNA of collective species and life itself, enduring as symbols of the eternal cycle of life, death, and rebirth. In working with them, I honor their essence and invite the spirits of these animals into the adornments. In dialogue with stones, tree, shell; the materials feed and amplify one another.
Silver, too, holds an important role. Reflecting the nature of the moon, it breathes with the earth and is long regarded as protective, grounding, and a ward against harmful energies. As the most powerful conductor of electricity, silver also heightens the communication between the combined elements.
Every element I use carries deep meaning and comes as a gift from the earth. Many of the stones are ones I’ve gathered throughout my life and every bone I work with has been given to me by Earth.
In our modern era, we live surrounded by excess—consuming more than we need and placing too much value on piles of possessions that quickly lose meaning. So much of what we acquire is mass-produced, cheaply made, and disconnected from the earth. These objects of mass production and plastic not only clutter our physical space but can also weigh on our energy bodies, carrying vibrations that are weak, stagnant, or even harmful.
Through my adornments, I seek to offer a different path. Each piece is created with intention, grounding, and reverence, calling the sacred back into the secular. These adornments are meant to be companions, not commodities: pieces infused with prayer, charged with elemental forces, and alive with the energy of bone, stone, and silver.
When we choose to surround ourselves with creations born of care and spirit, rather than the endless cycle of consumption, we remember that beauty and meaning are not found in abundance of things but in the depth of connection. My work is an invitation to slow down, to honor what we wear and carry, and to allow our adornments to become sacred allies rather than fleeting accessories.
Aethernati is a word I created from the Latin roots aether -the unseen, ethereal realm- and nati, meaning “born.” It speaks to being born of the void, from the subtle and sacred. This reflects the essence of my work: channeling the invisible into form through adornment, light, and intention.
